SWNG ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the SWNG website collects and how we handle it. Work we do for clients is governed by separate agreements, not this policy.

The SWNG website does not use cookies and does not track you. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking.

If you email us at contact@swng.ai, we receive whatever you include in your message, such as your name, email address, and what you write. We use that only to reply and to follow up about working together.

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical information when pages are served, such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This is part of normal server operation and security.

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and to correspond about a potential engagement. We use standard server logs to operate and secure the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We keep email correspondence for as long as it's useful for our conversation and any resulting work, and then as our business records require. Server logs are retained for a limited period as part of normal hosting operation.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@swng.ai. Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK, California, and Australia, you may have additional rights over your information, and you can contact us to exercise them.

We operate in the United States. If you contact us from another region, your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

We may update this policy. We'll post changes here and update the effective date above.
